I am the Director of People and Culture at REACH Edmonton Council for Safe Communities and have been part of the senior management team for several years. I hold a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation and bring extensive experience in payroll, human resources, finance, and organizational operations within the non-profit sector.

 

As REACH grew, I shifted from a finance-focused role into Director, People and Culture, where my work centers on building strong, effective workplaces. I also hold a Workplace Health and Performance Ambassador certification through Wellness Works Canada, and I am passionate about developing people and operational processes that support organizational success, continuous improvement, and leadership excellence.
